How to determine refractory construction technical requirements

Refractory materials are widely used in the metallurgical industry, and the total output of the engineering consumption station is about 60% to 70%. Therefore, the development of refractory materials can be said to be an important basis for the metallurgical industry. However, precisely because the refractory is prepared at the time of preparation, the preparation process is relatively simple. In general, the amorphous refractories commonly used in boiler structures are mainly formulated with refractory aggregates, powders, mixtures and adhesives. Therefore, there are many types of amorphous refractories and a wide range of applications.

When the boiler is under construction, it is usually determined by the performance of the boiler and the construction environment, the selection of refractory materials, and the selection of refractories that are completely suitable for each component. The technical requirements of refractory structure determine the classification of refractory materials as follows:


A refractory castable, is not calcined material, mainly by shaking table, vibrator, vibration press or hand-tanning during construction. According to the special effects of admixtures and certain materials, refractory castables can be divided into the following categories:


1. Cement (low cement, ultra-low cement, no cement) is used in combination with castable;


2. Chemicals (such as water glass, phosphoric acid and phosphate, sulfate and chloride, etc.) used in combination with castables;


3. Clay combined with castable;


4. Lightweight refractory castable;


5. Silica, alumina sol combined with castable;


6. Ultra-fine powder combined with castable;


7.P-Al2O3 combined with castable;


Second, refractory refractory plastics, made of refractory aggregate and powder, raw clay and chemical adhesives and admixtures. It is prepared and mixed, extruded into bricks, and has good plasticity after packaging and storage for some time. Usually, discontinuous refractory plastics are mostly repaired.


Refractory ramming material is a material that can be formed by pneumatic picking or manual ramming.


Fourth, refractory refractory spraying materials are materials made by injection molding.


5, Refractory refractory paint is molded with mud and mortar pump or hand-coated materials.


6. Refractory materials Refractory materials are materials molded by projection machines.


7. Refractory refractory pressing materials, which are materials formed by pressure devices such as mud pumps.


Refractory clay or refractory cement is the joint material of masonry refractory bricks.


The classification of refractory materials is mainly based on temperature (high, medium, low temperature type) classification, and classification (fire resistance, wear resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, etc.). The technical requirements of the refractory structure determine the refractory material. This type is also a very good method.
